Thank you for purchasing bags from HUI LONG WANG. Our team carefully wraps each bag with protective materials to guarantee accurate delivery while keeping items in excellent shape, and we strive to fulfill every order within a practical delivery timeline.
Order Processing Time. Once your order confirmation is received, all purchases will be processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing timelines may be prolonged when we encounter surging order volumes during busy seasons. Customers will receive prompt notifications should any substantial delays occur.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates. Shipping charges for your purchase will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard Shipping carries an estimated delivery period of 15 business days. These delivery durations serve merely as estimates and may vary because of courier disruptions, customs inspections, poor weather conditions, logistical restrictions or public holidays.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking. After your parcel departs our premises, you will receive an email shipment notification including tracking details. Tracking information generally becomes accessible within 24-48 hours after shipment. You can track the transit status of your bag parcel through the tracking link provided.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer. Please verify your delivery address is full and precise before completing checkout. HUI LONG WANG will not take responsibility for parcels delivered to inaccurate or incomplete addresses submitted by customers. If a package gets returned as a result of address errors, additional reshipping fees will apply.
Lost or Damaged Packages. If your parcel goes missing during transit, kindly contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can initiate an investigation. If your bags arrive damaged upon receipt, reach our support team within 48 hours after delivery and attach clear photographs of damaged merchandise and packaging materials. We will assess your claim and resolve the problem efficiently.
Bag Care and Usage Notice. All bags need to be maintained according to the care guidelines supplied with each item. HUI LONG WANG accepts no liability for scratches, stains or structural impairment caused by inadequate maintenance, rough handling, modification or improper use of the bags.
International Shipping and Customs Notice. Overseas shipments may incur customs duties, import taxes and other related fees determined by the destination region. All such expenses must be covered by the customer and are not incorporated into product prices or delivery charges.
